Express Catering Services is run by Mr. Kunguma Ganesh, who has completed his under graduation in Catering and Hotel Management from PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. His vision has taken him a long way from a small beginning from Roadside to a multi faceted catering unit. As a unit, we started providing catering services to the Mess and Food Courts of various colleges and institutions. This has gained us valuable and wide experience in Indoor & Outdoor Catering. Our extensive, rich and varied experience in food and hotel industry has put us in the next step of expansion.
Express caterers underwent major transformation in the last year in tuning and adjusting our internal processes to focus on scalability. We appointed an experienced consultant in this area to help us build processes with adequate measures to standardize our way of working irrespective of the volume that we deliver.
This consultant whose robust practices currently cater to 70,000 meals per session helped us validate the proof of concept by piloting it with one of our customers.
After one year now, we are better positioned to accommodate huge volumes without compromising on quality and timeliness of our services.
